Modular housing developer ilke Homes has commenced the delivery of 221 affordable homes in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, on behalf of The Guinness Partnership.
The mix of apartments and houses range in size from one- to four-bedrooms and 54 of the new homes are specified to be zero carbon and will generate their own energy.
The development, which is expected to complete in Autumn 2024, is owned by The Guinness Partnership, a registered provider and shareholder in ilke Homes, and is being delivered with support from Homes England.
