Dandara has secured planning consent to deliver an additional 191 homes at Whitehouse in Milton Keynes.

The Muse will feature a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, including 58 properties for open market sale, 58 affordable units and 75 single-family rental homes. The affordable homes will be delivered in partnership with Cross Keys Homes, a not-for-profit charitable community benefit society.

Parcels Y & Z at The Muse form part of the wider western expansion area, which has been earmarked by Milton Keynes City Council to deliver more than 4,300 homes.

Simon Pendlebury, managing director at Dandara northern Home Counties, said: “Our continued expansion across Milton Keynes reflects the city’s significant growth over the past 15 years, driven by strong economic opportunities and excellent transport connections that continue to attract new residents. At Dandara, we understand that communities thrive when there is a broad mix of housing tenures available, including affordable and single-family homes.

“Delivering high quality homes for people at every stage of life remains a key part of our ethos. With three existing developments in Milton Keynes, including existing homes at Whitehouse, The Acres in Shenley Wood and Manor Park in Walton, we have developed a strong understanding of the local market and are delighted to continue investing in this thriving and fast-growing community.”
