Deepki has acquired UK-based real estate electrification AI start-up Camion for an undisclosed price.

Deepki said the strategic combination of Camion’s AI technology and expertise coupled with its platform and proprietary data significantly enhances the company’s ability to help its global client base future-proof real estate portfolios with electrification, energy generation and storage.

Vincent Bryant, CEO and co-founder at Deepki, said: “This acquisition represents a transformative milestone dedicated entirely to empowering our clients. By uniting Camion’s proven electrification models with our dedicated AI lab, we inject an immediate technical edge that provides institutional investors with an always-on, AI-driven platform to protect gross asset value and secure long-term value across their global portfolios. To drive this next chapter, I am thrilled to welcome Camion’s world class team of AI, data science and real estate experts – who bring elite pedigree from pioneers like Tesla and Palantir – to Deepki.”

Jacob Monroe, CEO and co-founder of Camion Energy, added: “Camion was founded on the belief that institutional real estate portfolios hold among the greatest opportunities for the ROI-positive deployment of zero-marginal cost energy. By combining our domain-specific agentic AI platform, Deepki’s proprietary data layer of 500,000+ assets, and their customer base made up of the most sophisticated asset managers in the world, we believe we can accelerate the transition to clean energy abundance and hasten the allocation of the $7tn that will be invested in electrification in the coming decades.”
