Blackstar Real Estate has appointed GCW as joint leasing agent alongside Barker Proudlove at the Market Place retail and leisure scheme in Bolton town centre.
The scheme provides approximately 400,000 sq ft of retail, F&B and leisure space and is anchored by a recently opened 40,000 sq ft Primark store. The centre generates annual footfall in excess of 5.5 million visitors.
