Drum Property Group has let the 103,000 sq ft Caledonia House at Prime Four Business Park in Aberdeen to CB&I Asset Solutions.
The company, which has signed a 10-year lease on the space, intends to relocate to the park from its current home at Bridge View in Aberdeen city centre in Q4 this year.
The property is currently occupied by Apache North Sea, which will vacate the premises at the end of this month.
The letting to CB&I was completed simultaneously with Drum completing the acquisition of the building, which it originally developed before selling in 2012.
