SBS Bathrooms has signed for a 6,882 sq ft former car showroom in Catford following a full refurbishment of the property.
The company has taken the space at 359 Bromley Road, which fronts onto the A21, for use as its new Catford store.
Ravinder Lidder, from SBS Bathrooms, said: “We’re excited to be transforming the premises into a luxury bathroom design studio, showcasing beautifully designed spaces and premium products tailored retail customers. Alongside the showroom, we’ll also be incorporating a dedicated trade counter supplying plumbing and heating products, with the aim of supporting local plumbers, builders, and trade professionals in the area.
“Our goal is to create a welcoming space that combines inspirational bathroom design with reliable trade services and expert customer support. We’re currently working towards an opening in September and look forward to becoming part of the local business community.”
Alex Gale, senior partner at SHW, which acted for the private landlord on the letting and managed the refurbishment of the property, added: “Working closely with our client and our building consultancy team, we are delighted to have secured a new lease with a fantastic operator who will benefit from the newly refurbished space in a great location to serve its customers.”
