Arora Group is marketing the leasehold interest in a portfolio of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) sites located in and around Heathrow.
The portfolio of six sites provides flexibility across a range of sizes and use cases, from compact self-contained yards suitable for SMEs and contractors, to larger Heathrow-adjacent sites capable of supporting logistics and aviation-related requirements.
The sites range from approximately 0.13 acres to 1.67 acres and include compact self-contained yards, tarmacked and hardstanding surfaces, and larger vacant IOS opportunities.
The two largest sites comprise a prominent Heathrow location of approximately 1.67 acres, with hardstanding surfaces suited to logistics and aviation-related occupiers, and a substantial vacant IOS site of approximately 1.2 acres, offering flexibility for single or multi-occupier use.
