GOYA Developments and joint venture partner Hillwood have let a 21,118 sq ft unit at Hurricane Urban Hub in Woodley, Reading, to  Iberital UK, trading as Jaguar Espresso Systems.

The occupier, which supplies Iberital espresso machines, parts and barista supplies, has signed a 10-year lease on Unit 8. The quoting rent was £18.50/sq ft.

The transaction follows the recent sale of Units 9 and 10 and leaves a number of units ranging from 10,615 sq ft to 75,694 sq ft available at the 186,496 sq ft 10-unit development. The units, which feature roof-mounted PV panels and EV charging points, have secured EPC A+ and BREEAM Excellent ratings.

Located on Headley Road East, Hurricane Urban Hub is approximately 1.4 miles from the A329(M), providing direct access to Junction 10 of the M4.

Andy Stothard, speaking on behalf of GOYA Developments, said: “This letting is another strong endorsement of Hurricane Urban Hub and the quality of accommodation on offer. Demand for strategically located urban space remains robust and securing this latest letting demonstrates the scheme’s appeal to a broad range of occupiers.”

The joint agents at Hurricane Urban Hub are Haslams Chartered Surveyors, DTRE and Hollis Hockley. Hatch represented Iberital UK.
