Stonewater has been awarded £350m from Homes England through the Social and Affordable Homes Programme (SAHP).
The funding, which is the largest ever allocation it has secured from Homes England, will support Stonewater’s long-term growth ambitions and help the organisation continue to increase the supply of affordable homes.

They previously struggled with feelings of isolation, but now are thriving in a vibrant rural community they wouldn’t have been able to live in had it not been for affordable housing. These are the types of stories we’ll hear more and more of thanks to this funding.
