Balmoral International Land UK has secured planning consent from for a new 597,000 sq ft industrial and logistics development at Arches Business Park in Broxburn, West Lothian.
The planning permission allows for the development of the first phase of the site, which is located on the eastern edge of East Mains Industrial Estate. The site, which is located adjacent to the A89, can accommodate a range of different occupier requirements including design-and-build.
