Morgan Sindall Construction has created a new business unit, Northern Home Counties Ventures, which will be led by director Emma Curtis.
The company has also appointed Richard Dobson as regional managing director for London, as part of a wider strengthening of the leadership team across the Home Counties and the capital. Dobson is joined by Adam Allen as regional commercial director.
Rod Pavey, who joined the business in 2025, has also been appointed to lead the established Northern Home Counties business as area director.
