Aldridge Shopping Centre in Walsall has reached full occupancy following the completion of two new lettings.

Williams Nails has taken 595 sq ft at Units 41-42 on a six-year lease and Sweetland has signed a seven-year lease on the 1,842 sq ft Unit 11 at Anchor Parade.

The 150,000 sq ft, single-storey centre, which comprises 58 units, sits on the edge of Walsall town centre and is owned and managed by LCP UK, part of M Core. The tenant line-up at the scheme includes Iceland, Boots, Home Bargains and Greggs.

Rob Ellis, asset manager at LCP UK, said: “Reaching full occupancy at Aldridge Shopping Centre reflects the strength of demand for well-located, affordable retail space in the West Midlands. Williams Nails and Sweetland bring genuine diversity to our tenant mix and both are already trading well. We’ll continue to invest in the centre to support our occupiers and the wider Aldridge community.”
