Leeds property developer and investor J Pullan & Sons (Pullans) has appointed long-standing team members Muhammad Bucksun and Christophe Demoulin as directors.

Bucksun, who has been with Pullans for 13 years, has been appointed financial controller director. His move onto the board will enable finance director John Dawson to focus further on the company’s growing joint venture and wider investment opportunities.

Demoulin, who joined Pullans in 2016 from international contractor Skanska, has been promoted to operations director. He will take board-level responsibility for operations across the company’s property portfolio and developments.

Mark Pullan, managing director of Pullans, said: “Muhammad and Christophe have both played an important role in Pullans for many years, so their appointments to the board are a natural progression for the business. This is a significant step in our future direction. It strengthens our leadership team and ensures we are well placed to embrace new opportunities and respond to a changing property market, while retaining the considered, long-term approach that is fundamental to Pullans.”
