Colby River has appointed Charlotte Richmond as resident experience director.
Richmond, who has more than two decades of experience in lettings and property management, began her career at Countrywide, where she headed up operations as the business grew to a network of more than 350 branches.
In 2015, she joined SDL Group to launch its single-family rental business, working with a range of institutional investors to grow the platform to around 2,000 homes.
In her new role, she will lead Colby River’s site teams across all three asset classes with responsibility for resident engagement and service standards throughout the portfolio.
