Anglo-Educational Services (AES) has bought the leasehold of 16 residential units at 94 Hanbury Street, London E1, for an undisclosed price.
The Lowy Group’s student accommodation platform agreed a multi-year deal with a private landlord, who was advised by Adam Soning of BELCOR, for the one- and two-bedroom apartments.

AES has almost 50 years’ experience in organising long- and short-term accommodation, internship placements, academic programmes and customised educational tours in London, the UK and Europe.
