The Clearbell Property Partners II fund managed by Clearbell Capital has secured two new lettings, totalling 30,000 sq ft, to Aldi and PureGym at the 120,000 sq ft Orbital Retail Park, in Cannock, Staffordshire.
Both of the occupiers will open for business later this year after signing long-term commitments at the park, which is now fully let.
Adam James, asset management director at Clearbell, said: “The commitment of Aldi and PureGym at Orbital Retail Park is excellent news for the park and will drive footfall from the surrounding Cannock neighbourhoods. The lettings also reinforce the park’s position as the dominant retail park in the catchment. Both businesses are joining a strong line up of stores already in place including M&S Food, Boots and Homebase.”
