Modular housebuilder ilke Homes has commenced delivery of 146 affordable homes at the Glenvale Park development, in Wellingborough, as part of Man GPM’s community housing focus.
ilke is delivering a mix of multi-tenure single family houses, apartments and maisonettes ranging in size from one- to four-bedrooms on the 7.8-acre site. The homes are being manufactured at ilke Homes’ North Yorkshire factory and are due for completion in 2024.
