Roxy Leisure has signed a lease to open Wales’ first Roxy Lanes venue at Unit 10, 11-25 Queen Street in Cardiff.
Founded in 2013, Roxy Leisure currently operates 13 sites across the UK providing customers with American-style food and activities such as bowling, American pool, ice free curling and batting cages.
The Cardiff property, which will open in early spring this year, has a large ground floor entrance and the trading area spans around 20,000 sq ft on the first floor.
Matthew Brown, director in the national retail team at Savills Bristol, said: “Roxy Lanes is an experiential games concept providing a wide range of activities and food and drink for its customers. The concept has proven extremely popular across the UK and they will be a great addition to Cardiff’s exciting leisure offer.”
Savills and Calan Retail acted on behalf of Mahavir Properties. Harlow Property Consultants acted for Roxy Leisure.
