Related Argent has created a dedicated BTR operations team to manage the company’s BTR portfolio, which comprises more than 3,000 rental homes across its developments in King’s Cross, Brent Cross Town and Tottenham Hale.
The company, which is delivering its first BTR homes at Author King’s Cross this summer with joint venture partner The Olayan Group, plans to eventually extend its rental portfolio beyond 3,000 homes in the ‘most well-connected, vibrant locations’.
Author King’s Cross – the first and only purpose-built BTR residential offering within the King’s Cross estate – will provide 182 new BTR apartments and Related Argent will start construction on BTR homes at Brent Cross Town and Tottenham Hale later this year.
Related Argent’s dedicated BTR operations team will be led by Tom Goodall, partner of Related Argent and head of residential, and Michael Herrington, director of BTR operations.
