Solihull-based affordable housing specialist Living Space has secured planning consent for a 38-home scheme off Cedars Drive in northern Shrewsbury.
The £10m development, which is being delivered in partnership with Housing Plus Group, will comprise a mix of shared ownership, affordable rent and social rent homes.
It will provide four one-bedroom maisonettes, two two-bedroom bungalows, 13 two-bedroom houses, 18 three-bedroom houses and two four-bedroom houses, in a blend of terraced and semi-detached designs.
