AGS Property Investments (2015) has sold a 2.47-acre freehold site in Carshalton to private healthcare company Q-Rad for £4m.
Q-Rad intends to use the three buildings at 1 and 3 Metcalfe Avenue, which provide circa 19,814 sq ft of space, to accommodate its operational needs.
The site, which represents the final remaining parcel of the former Queen Mary’s Hospital estate, had been the subject of pre-application discussions for a 30-home residential scheme.
