Allsop is due to put a record number of commercial and residential assets under the hammer in September. Its new auction catalogues feature 258 residential and 230 commercial lots, with around 30 residential and 71 commercial lots guided at or above £1m.
A six-bedroom house in Knightsbridge, guided at £5m+, is the most expensive residential lot and a light industrial estate in Sittingbourne, guided at £4.75m-£5m is the most expensive commercial asset.

Allsop’s commercial auction will take place on 20 September with the residential auction taking place on 22 September. Both auctions will take place virtually.
