ALMCOR has acquired Childerditch Industrial Park in Brentwood from Brentwood Borough Council for its European Industrial Services Facilities (EISF) joint venture for an undisclosed price.
Totalling more than 45 acres, the freehold industrial park, which comprises a mix of open storage plots and multi-let industrial units, is located approximately 1.5 miles from junction 29 of the M25.
Peter McCluskey, head of active value at ALMCOR, said: “This acquisition builds on our mandate to acquire quality, well located assets that deliver exceptional returns through active asset management.”
Christopher Brogan, director at Savills, which advised EISF on the deal, added: “This is a landmark South East acquisition for EISF’s IOS platform. The A127 corridor is expected to see significant commercial growth going forward and the site enjoys an excellent location, close to the M25.”
Joiner Cummings advised Brentwood Borough Council.
