Alumno Group has appointed RED Construction Group as main contractor on the £13m Hollis Wharf development in Bath.
Designed by AWW Architects, the 45,000 sq ft, five-storey scheme will provide 120 student beds in addition to a commercial unit housing local charity Mercy in Action.
The development, which is scheduled for completion in summer 2025, will feature cluster flats and studios, three accessible flats and an expansive living room and laundry room on the first floor.
