ARGO Real Estate has brought its £500m portfolio of urban multi-let industrial and last-mile logistics assets together under a single platform, dot industrial (dot).

Dot comprises 19 assets providing around 2m sq ft of space in London, the South East, Nottingham and Manchester. ARGO remains acquisitive and is ready to buy new assets to sit under the dot brand.

All dot assets will be managed by ARGO’s experienced team with a focus on developing long-term relationships with both existing and new occupiers, by delivering and operating space that enhances business performance.

The estates are being refurbished to deliver best-in-class accommodation with ARGO targeting EPC A ratings following the completion of upgrades.

Crispin Gandy, CEO of ARGO Real Estate, said: “dot is the culmination of work we have undertaken with our capital partners to aggregate a scalable portfolio of assets at an attractive point in the cycle in many of the UK’s core urban logistics markets, where high quality space is scarce and demand is deep and diverse. dot’s combination of locations, sustainability and innovative asset management ensures its assets will always be relevant to occupiers today and in the future, while delivering superior risk adjusted returns for investors.”
