AshbyCapital has signed four new tenants at Kensington Arcade and Wrights Arcade in Kensington, West London.
Urban Greens has signed for a new 2,252 sq ft flagship branch at Wrights Arcade – its fourth location in London.
At the neighbouring Kensington Arcade, lingerie brand Intimissimi has taken a 1,113 sq ft unit, Chango Empanadas has signed for a 470 sq ft store and patisserie brand Aux Merveilleux de Fred recently opened a new 992 sq ft store in the arcade.
