Later living operator Auriens Group has appointed Ian Dembinski as director of group partnerships.

Dembinski, who has 40 years of financial services experience, most recently served as head of private office and strategic partnerships and growth director at Rathbones.

Prior to that, he held a number of senior leadership positions, including head of UK ultra high net worth clients at UBS and managing director and head of UK UHNW at Credit Suisse.

In his new role, Dembinski will foster strategic partnerships across private wealth managers, family offices and the wider HNWI and UHNWI advisory ecosystem.

Henry Lumby, chief commercial officer at Auriens Group, said: “The calibre of our partnerships team is fundamental to Auriens’ long-term success, and Ian’s arrival marks a significant step forward. He brings exceptional credibility, insight and reach across the financial and advisory world, which complements the strength and experience already within the team. Our current resident base at Auriens Chelsea is hyper-local, with many moving to us from within a two-mile radius, and so Patricia Greenwood’s work in forging strong partnerships within the local Chelsea community has been invaluable to our growth.

“Most of our residents decide to move in response to changing needs; they are looking for a community that allows them to thrive in later life and provides them with highly tailored wellbeing and care solutions they may need, now or in the future. Siva Ganapathi’s role as head of healthcare partnerships demonstrates our bespoke and holistic approach to care in later life and allows us to work closely with hospitals, private doctors and healthcare practitioners in the local Chelsea and Kensington areas. As a collective, our partnerships team is uniquely positioned to engage, educate and build trusted relationships with those advising our future residents and their families.”

Dembinski added: “I am delighted to be joining the Auriens Group partnerships team, having long since admired the company as a market leader, consistently delivering on its promise to set the gold standard for later living. Throughout my career advising high-net-worth individuals, I have seen how health, longevity and quality of life have become the ultimate measures of wealth. Auriens is uniquely placed to respond to this, offering an integrated proposition that combines exceptional living environments with uncompromising standards of wellbeing and care.”
