Australian fitness franchise Body Fit Training (BFT) has appointed Rapleys to aid the firm’s UK expansion plans.
BFT currently operates more than 330 studios across 13 different countries with a further 100 sites due to open in 2025.
The company, which already operates studios in Battersea, Leicester, Hackney and Croydon, with three more UK locations set to open by year-end, is looking for sites ranging from 1,600 sq to 3,500 sq ft on a single level, with a minimum ceiling height of 3m and Class E planning use.
It is seeking locations across London with a preference for highly visible high street positions, mixed-use developments and railway archways.
