Avant Homes East Midlands has agreed a £16.7m deal to construct 82 new homes for Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) at Foxgrove Village in Clifton.
The homes will comprise a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached properties.
Construction of the new energy efficient homes at Foxgrove Village are already underway and the first homes are expected to be handed over to NCHA this summer.
Phil Lacey, group head of affordable housing delivery at Avant Homes, said: “We’re very pleased to secure this first deal with NCHA to provide new affordable homes in Clifton for the people who need them the most. Foxgrove Village has proven hugely successful and NCHA’s practically designed, energy-efficient homes will further contribute to the growing and diverse community at the development. Our multi-tenure strategy is focused on delivering quality new homes for everyone and we look forward to continue working with NCHA on future deals as part of this commitment.”
