Avant Homes has secured planning consent for a £29m GDV multi-tenure residential development in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire.
The Lawrence Point development will provide a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses.
Avant Homes will build 12 of its practically designed, energy-efficient house types at the site and 10% of the 104 new homes have been designated affordable.
Work at Lawrence Point is expected to start on site in September 2024, with the first residents expected to move into their new homes in August 2025.
