Avant Homes has secured planning consent to deliver 104 new homes in the village of Great Houghton, Barnsley.
The £23.5m GDV Houghton Place scheme is located on High Street and will comprise a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
The development will feature 14 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house types, and of the 104 properties, 10 have been designated affordable. Work is expected to start on site in the summer and it is anticipated the first homes will be released for sale later this year.
