Avant Homes West Midlands has secured planning consent to deliver the £31.7m second phase of its new development in Priorslee, Telford.
Located just off Castle Farm Way, the Priory Orchard site will form part of Avant’s £54m, 184-home Monkswood development.
The second phase will comprise a mix of 135 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and feature 13 of Avant Homes’ house types.
