Avant Homes North Yorkshire has acquired a residential development site in Harrogate on which it intends to build 60 new homes.
Subject to planning, Avant will deliver a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes on the 5.61-acre site at Knox Lane.
The £16m GDV development will feature 10 of Avant Homes’ house types, including semi-detached and detached homes available at a range of price points.
