Avant Homes Scotland has acquired a 16.5-acre residential development site with planning permission for 170 new homes off Admiralty Road in Rosyth.
The £43.85m GDV Stewart’s Quarter development will comprise a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.
Stewart’s Quarter will form part of the wider mixed-use Rosyth Garden Village masterplan, which will comprise up to 390 new homes, retail units, offices, sheltered housing and a care home.
