Avant Homes Scotland has acquired a 9.25-acre site in Tranent on which it intends to deliver a £31m GDV residential development offering 92 new homes.
Thistle Meadows will provide a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom family homes and subject to planning work is scheduled to start on site in May this year with the first homes released for sale in June. The first residents are scheduled to move into their new homes in early 2025.
