Aviation component supplier J2 Aerospace has taken 12,261 sq ft at Westcott Leach’s Swallow Enterprise Park in Hailsham.
The firm has taken Unit B1-B5 at a rent of £11/sq ft. The enterprise park is located 1.5 miles west of Hailsham off the Golden Cross A22, giving it a direct link to the M23 at Crawley.
The latest phase of development at Swallow Enterprise Park will provide 105,000 sq ft across seven separate blocks, which are capable of being divided into units of 1,600 sq ft upwards. The terraces have the ability to combine multiple units and are also available on a design and build basis from 10,000 sq ft upwards.
