She brings with her an exceptional knowledge of the Midlands and South West markets, and, as we continue to grow our presence across the regions, Emma will be a critical member of the team in enabling that growth.

“Our property management teams are working on a number of significant instructions, and with Emma’s support and leadership, I look forward to seeing Avison Young continue to deliver great value to our clients.”

Taylor added: “I’m delighted to be joining Avison Young at such an exciting time for the firm, as it continues to invest in its presence in the UK regions, and I’m very much looking forward to bringing my experience in property asset management to the role, working closely with colleagues to deliver best value for clients and occupiers.”
