Avison Young is relocating its Ganton Street office to Fora’s Liberty House flexible workspace centre in London’s West End.
The company said its new space at 222 Regent Street, which sits adjacent to Liberty department store, will serve as a central hub for its core services, including retail, workplace, investment and industrial and logistics.
The firm’s lease at Ganton Street was due to the expire this month and Avison Young said the move to the Fora centre gives the company the flexibility to “make informed decisions” regarding the expiry of its Gresham Street lease next year.

Additionally, this central location provides an easy commute for teams based in Gresham Street, leveraging the convenient commute on the Elizabeth Line between Moorgate and Tottenham Court Road.”
