Avison Young has announced that Nick Walkley, principal and UK president of the company, is leaving his role to pursue other interests.
A new leader for Avison Young’s UK business will be appointed in due course and in the meantime Mark E Rose, chair and chief executive officer, and Martin Dockrill, chief operating officer, will lead the business together with the UK leadership team.
Rose said: “I would like to thank Nick for his time at Avison Young. We are excited about the future and next chapter of Avison Young’s business in the UK, where we will continue to focus on core clients globally as well as investing in the growth of all transaction and consultative businesses including capital markets, leasing and tenant representation.”
