Axel Logistics has appointed Rachael Roxburgh to the newly created role of principal, debt capital markets.
Roxburgh (pictured), who has more than eight years of experience in pan-European real estate debt and capital markets, joins the business from M7 Real Estate, where she served as investment manager, capital markets.
Prior to M7, she worked in real estate debt advisory on complex structuring including CMBS and whole loan placements.
Axel Logistics has recently made a number of senior hires across the UK and Germany, including Konstantin Harnacke, who joined as managing director to lead the firm’s newly established German business, Phillip Quester as transactions director in Germany and Laura Watson, who has joined the London office as operations manager.
