Barberry Developments has acquired a 15-acre development site in Earls Croome, Worcestershire, on which it intends to build a new multi-million pound business park.
The company bought the site at Bluebell Farm on Pershore Road for an undisclosed sum. The site will accommodate up to 225,000 sq ft of warehouse, factory or office space and Barberry will offer build to suit units on a leasehold or freehold sale basis.

Worcester is already home to many major occupiers such as Worcester Bosch, Mazak and GTech and we believe our new development will attract other significant occupiers.
“The acquisition of Bluebell Farm is another example of Barberry Group delivering on our investment and development strategy, with a focus on sectors with strong long-term growth drivers.”
Richard Tomlinson, partner at Fisher German, which has been retained as sole agent for the scheme, added: “We are already in discussions with a number of local, regional and national companies who are interested in the opportunities to develop buildings to their own requirements in what is an excellent location in terms of logistics, being close to both the M5 and M50. Barberry Business Park will help to bridge the gap in the shortfall of high-quality freehold employment accommodation.”
