Barberry Industrial has secured planning consent for a new £17m industrial and logistics development in Birmingham.
The company intends to deliver a 77,750 sq ft Grade A distribution and manufacturing unit on the last available site at Quinton Business Park. Barberry is targeting EPC A+ and BREEAM Excellent accreditation for the Barberry Midbox 78 unit, which will feature EV charging points and solar panels.
Construction of the new unit is expected to commence on site later this year and it will be available to let or for sale.
