Long Harbour has strengthened its asset management team with the appointment of Ethan Richards as asset manager.

Richards joins Long Harbour from MOMENI Group, where he served as real estate asset manager and managed leasing and project management for high-end residential and office assets in Central London. Prior to that, he spent more than two years at Helix, a Hines company.

In his new role, Richards will support Long Harbour’s senior asset management team, overseeing operations in its growing single-family housing portfolio and supporting income and value creation as the platform scales.

Richards said: “It’s a fantastic time to be joining Long Harbour, supporting the company’s expanding single-family housing portfolio. This is a fast-growing sector in the UK residential market and I’m looking forward to helping drive value across the portfolio as we continue to scale.”

James Aumonier, chief operating officer at Long Harbour, added: “Ethan’s appointment comes at a critical time of growth for our single-family housing platform, which will have over six new operational sites within the next five months. It reflects the strength of the asset management team we are building to support our rapidly expanding portfolio and Ethan’s experience in residential and office asset management will be a valuable addition as we continue to scale.”
