Barratt David Wilson (Eastern Counties) has secured planning approval for the development of 63 homes in Burnham-on-Crouch.
The mix of detached and semi-detached homes will be built on a 3.32 hectare site which forms part of the Corinthian Place development.
Of the 63 new homes, 25 have been designated affordable – six are shared ownership and 19 are for social rent.

This additional phase of 63 homes will also deliver a significant increase in on-site biodiversity together with additional benefits such as energy efficient homes, electric vehicle charging points and high quality public open space.”

Lanpro worked alongside Iceni Consulting, CSA Environmental, SES, Ardent, Meeting Places and RPS Group to secure planning.
