Barwood Capital has let the 362,289 sq ft Nottingham 360 logistics facility in the East Midlands to Super Smart Service on a 15-year lease.
Developed by Barwood Capital’s Regional Property Growth Fund IV, Nottingham 360 is located at Firth Way, Nottingham, just five minutes from Junction 26 of the M1 motorway.
The facility comprises 329,415 sq ft of warehouse space and 32,874 sq ft of office space and has achieved BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings. The development has also achieved net zero in construction and has been designed to enable net zero operation.
Michael Cheng, from Super Smart Service, said: “Nottingham 360 represents an important addition to our UK logistics network and will provide the capacity we need to support our continued growth. The building’s scale, strategic location and excellent connectivity make it an ideal fit for our operational requirements, enabling us to further enhance our fulfilment and distribution capabilities across the UK. We were also attracted by the quality of the asset and its strong sustainability credentials, which align with our long-term business objectives.”

Nottingham 360 was delivered by main contractor Winvic and project manager C4 Projects. APEX Real Estate Advisors, Commercial Property Partners and Savills are retained letting agents for the scheme.
