Bean Coffee Roasters has appointed leisure real estate advisory business Stärka as sole agents to support the ethically sourced coffee operator expand its UK portfolio.
Bean, which is set to launch a new concept store at Liverpool ONE next month, currently occupies 20 retail and office locations in the North West of England and is seeking fitted units of 1,500 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft in “prime locations” in the top 20 shopping destinations across the country.
