Berkeley has exchanged contracts with Wandle Housing Association to deliver 74 shared ownership homes at Wandsworth Mills in London.
The homes will be located within Rubia House, which will form part of the wider 3.4 acre Wandsworth Mills waterside neighbourhood, comprising a total 383 new build and Grade II listed, as well as landscaped gardens and 210m of transformed river frontage.
