Bicester Motion has secured planning consent for the redevelopment of buildings 146/147 at the 444-acre future mobility estate in Oxfordshire.
Originally constructed in 1926, the former station offices at the front, which are connected to the operations block at the rear, will be restored to a high standard with the building’s striking original facade preserved. A contemporary extension will be added to the rear of the building to provide 9,536 sq ft of workspace.

Cherwell District Council’s approval of our plans to renovate and redevelop buildings 146/147 marks a significant step towards a lasting future for this heritage asset. This project will respectfully maintain the original exterior as the gateway to our estate while enhancing the commercial space we have available.
