Blue Space Estates has purchased a collection of Grade II listed properties in Hitchin for an undisclosed price.
The real estate owner and operator has acquired 14–15, 16 and 17 Bancroft in the heart of the Hertfordshire town.
The properties produce a total contracted commercial rental income of £235,800 per annum and are let to Gail’s Bakery, Brooklyn-inspired barbecue restaurant and cocktail bar Craft & Cleaver and fashion and lifestyle brand White Stuff.
