Build-to-rent operator ila (I Live Around) has opted for Yardi’s residential suite.
The company will use the suite to create a branded marketing website and mobile app to streamline leasing, automate processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
The Yardi suite will also help ila to simplify maintenance and inspection procedures, automate payment processes and unify financial accounting and reporting.
